About Us
At TruSeason, irrigation services are our passion, customers are our priority.
TruSeason began serving our local community in 2019 with the aim of redeeming the irrigation services industry, both for residential and commercial properties. We are a Veteran owned and operated local business with a focus on quality service, and strong work ethic. The residential and commercial irrigation industry is broken, customers in the area have come to expect mediocre service from their irrigation providers. Why is this? We believe it is due in large part to the fact that workers in this industry are highly undervalued and often the victims of exploitation. TruSeason has set out to change that.
If you would like to inquire about our irrigation, backflow testing, or winterization and spring startup services, please contact us at 208-400-3364.

Victor & Katelyn Haggard
Founders
TruSeason started business in 2019, shortly after Victor completed five years of service in the U.S. Navy. With a majority of his life being raised on a farm in Texas, he has always been someone that surrounded himself with the outdoors. Growing up in a farm family instilled a strong work ethic to get the job done. That passion for the outdoors and work ethic is what he has poured into TruSeason.
Victor was introduced to the landscape design industry in 2012, before enlisting in the U.S. Navy. He spent several years helping a small landscaping business get established and learning the ins and outs of providing quality landscape and irrigation services. This is when he discovered how satisfying it was to see the end result of a day's hard work, interacting and forming lasting relationships with customers. In 2014 he enlisted in the U.S. Navy as an Aviation Ordnanceman; in his five years of service, he completed two deployments overseas; Operation Inherent Resolve (8 months) & Operation Trident Juncture (7 months) and advanced to the rank of E-5 (Second Class Petty Officer). Nearing the end of his military service, Victor and his family moved to Post Falls and began investing in TruSeason.

Rocky D Jewell
Irrigation Manager
Rocky has been excelling in his respective field for over 20 years and created an overwhelmingly positive reputation with hundreds of customers and numerous water districts. He started working for a local, small-town plant & flower nursery in high school and helped with the operations of the business behind the retail sales. He then enlisted into the U.S. Navy, where he served almost 10 years in the Nuclear Power Submarine Service. During this time his responsibilities included supervision and operation of the numerous pumps, generators, and water systems on board the submarine to keep it operational. In early 2000, he started a mowing service that quickly migrated into irrigation services. That prompted him to start Rocky’s Landscape & Sprinklers LLC, which eventually switched names to Rocky’s Backflow Testing & Sprinkler Blowouts, LLC and continued to grow to be a community known service provider. One of his customers turned out to be TruSeason and this is where Rocky met the owner, Victor. Both connecting with their military background and the desire to help individuals develop and maintain their landscape, came together to help better serve North Idaho.

Zackary Rodriguez
Lead Foreman
Zack has a passion for being outdoors and in the summer of 2019 he was introduced to landscaping. He started with a very minimal knowledge of the trade, but was willing to learn and give valuable input on different design ideas for projects. Since being introduced to the landscape construction industry, he has since received his certification from Allan Block for building retaining walls and The American Backflow Prevention Association for testing backflow assemblies. Over the last 4 years he is always looking to expand his knowledge for various services in our industry, everything from irrigation, water features, retaining walls, and paver hardscapes. When not at work he likes to stay active by going camping, fly fishing, hiking, and playing basketball.
